HOUSE FOR SALE
Casa de Queso is a cute and simple two bedroom home located in the beach town of Esperanza located on the Caribbean (south) shore of Vieques. The house is open and bright with lots of windows and cooled by ceiling fans. It is the perfect home-base for your island adventures.
The kitchen and dining area is at the center of the house and opens out to the porch and screened casita. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, blender, and microwave. Enjoy dining inside at the kitchen table or outside in screened casita. Or just relax in the hammock!
The living area is equipped with TV, DVD player, and a futon for additional sleeping arrangements.
The master is a nice-size room with a queen bed and opens out to the back yard. The second sleeping area is semi-private off the living area with two full beds.
For your convenience, there is also a full-size washer and dryer and private parking for your rental car.
Outside you will love the casita, charcoal grill and outdoor shower to provide a quick rinse when you return from the beach.
We take care in making our island home perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. We try to provide everything you will need for an enjoyable stay including towels, beach chairs, coolers, snorkel equipment and a phone for local use.
